Registration and Payment for all Sporting Kids programs are now solely online. In order to register you must fill out all relevant details on our registration form. Once completed, you will be directed to our secure online payment gateway. You will receive a confirmation of your registration via email once you have completed payment. Pre-payment is now essential for our programs and all paid online.This is to ease stress and congestion for our staff and participants/parents/carer’s on the ground in week 1 and also to ensure everything is run smoothly! Once you have filled out the payment process online, you will receive a payment receipt and confirmation from us that you are registered for our program!

Included in your one-off payment are 6 weekly sessions and a ball, bat or racquet of the sport involved.

Please be advised that to ensure the viability of the program and to be fair to all enrolled and wait-listed families, we are unable to reduce/refund fees due to absence of a child for illness, travel/holiday or similar reasons. In some instances a make up session may be able to be offered. To arrange this, any absence needs to be advised to our office by phone or email on the day of the missed session. Exceptional circumstances may be considered.
Due to the nature of our programs, we are not able to issue full refunds after the equipment has been used and first session attended. We are able to offer partial refunds after the first session in some circumstances. Any refund request is required to be in writing (via email) as early as possible but at least prior to the start of the 2nd session. For further details, please call our office on 1300 513 793.
Our programs will always go ahead regardless of weather conditions as, even when the forecast temperature is high, our programs are over before the heat of the day affects the gym. Most of the facilities we use for our programs are air conditioned.
LONG WEEKENDS/PUBLIC HOLIDAYS
We do not run our programs on State or Nationwide long weekends or public holidays. If your session falls on a long weekend, your sessions will be extended so you will still receive 6 sessions.
Disruptive or abusive behaviour is not acceptable. If this type of behaviour occurs the child will be removed from the session. If it is ongoing the parents will be contacted and the child may be removed from the program.
EQUIPMENT & CLOTHING
No uniforms or special equipment are required for our programs. You can simply wear clothing that is comfortable to run in and none-marking sneakers or sandshoes. As all of our programs are run indoors please do not wear soccer/football boots.
Please bring a drink of water with you to your session.
You will need to bring the ball, bat or racquet given to you on the first week to each session.
